All prescription medications are dispensed only following a clinical assessment by our GPhC-registered pharmacist. Completion of a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Our pharmacist will review your consultation and make a clinical decision based on the information provided. We may contact you for further information before approving your order. Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use within our pharmacy only, unless otherwise stated.
You must inform us of any changes to your medical history, medications, or health status before placing a repeat order. It is your responsibility to ensure all information provided is accurate and up to date.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details. Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment has been successfully received and your consultation has been approved by our pharmacist.
Approved orders are dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval. Delivery is subject to the availability of stock and postal service conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.
Medications will be packaged discreetly and delivered to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure delivery details are accurate. We cannot be held liable for non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our pharmacist and dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and patient safety requirements. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
